The OnePlus 9 Pro is expected to be one of the most interesting Android smartphones for 2021, and about a week before its announcement, official renderings were shared for the world to see. OnePlus will hold a virtual launch event on March 23 to properly announce the OnePlus 9 Pro, but the company has already revealed some key details about the future device. Before these official images, OnePlus announced its partnership with Hasselblad and some specifications of the 9 Pro’s camera.
OnePlus Twitter account shared the teasers below for the future flagship that shows almost every angle you’d like to see of the OnePlus 9 Pro. It also seems to confirm a new colour variant called Morning Mist.
We’ve already seen the camera module of this device in other teasers (like the one at the top of this page), but this is the first time we see the smartphone in such detail from the company’s official channels.
Morning Mist seems to be a reflective glass design with a white effect on these shots, but it is not currently known whether it is the effect of the snowy scene on which they are filmed or actually the colour of the smartphone. The smartphone also has curved edges on the screen as well as at the back of the device.
The camera module on the OnePlus 9 Pro has four lenses, and it has the Hasselblad logo also embedded on the camera. We know that the OnePlus 9 Pro will include a Sony IMX789 sensor and an ultra-wide camera. OnePlus has also partnered with the well-known camera brand Hasselblad to improve colour calibration on its devices. However, there is no doubt that there is more to know about the cameras of the OnePlus 9 Pro.
And when is it OnePlus 9?
While we just saw the 3 colours expected on the OnePlus 9, this does not include this shade Morning Mist. The company focuses on teasing the OnePlus 9 Pro, so there may be more to learn about the standard OnePlus 9 before its launch.
March 23rd is the big launch event of the OnePlus 9 Pro, but we should learn more in the coming week since the company will continue to teaser its range of smartphones.
