Galaxy S21 FE maybe launches with an Exynos processor.

New rumors suggest that Samsung may release a version of the Galaxy S21 FE equipped with its chipset, the Exynos 2100.

According to South Korean media reports, the manufacturer may want to increase the reach of the “cheap” 2021 flagship series, & to do this, it must provide a variant with an alternative to Snapdragon 888, which will be the target to specific markets.

It is already a strategy widely used by the company over the past few years. The Galaxy S21 cell phones themselves introduced earlier this year, for example, have the Snapdragon 888 in the United States and Europe. While in another country, it is equipped with the Exynos 2100 mobile platform.

With the Galaxy S21 FE, however, this is the first time such speculation has arisen. Initially, the brand would only release the version with the Qualcomm chipset, but in a few selected locations around the world, due to the crisis in the processor market. This drop in the supply of components also caused the company to significantly postpone the debut of the cell phone, which was previously scheduled for August and, now, should only happen in the last quarter of this year.

Now, according to reports, Samsung will launch at the end of the year the two versions of the Galaxy S21. The first, with Snapdragon 888, will be destined for North America and Europe, while the new edition, with the Exynos 2100, will arrive in other countries around the world. However, due to the crisis in the supply of components, there are no details on which markets will receive the variant with the brand’s chipset.

In addition to mobile platforms.

It’s also speculated that the Galaxy S21 FE will hit stores with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. As for memory and storage, the model should have combinations of 6 and 8 GB of RAM with 128 and 256 GB of internal space.

For the camera suite, a 32MP selfie lens will be housed in a hole in the screen, while the rear module will feature a 12MP main sensor. Other details include IP68 certification for water resistance, 5G connection, Wi-Fi 6, and a 4,500 mAh battery, with support for 45W charging with reverse charge.
